Examination And Registration Of Memorandum Of Appeal
(1) Any appeal received by the Appellate Tribunal has to be examined whether it meets the requirements under Rules (21) and (22), and such memorandum of appeal has to be registered if it meets such requirements, and a proof thereof has to be given to the concern appellant.
(2) If the memorandum of appeal does not appear to meet the requirement upon its examination pursuant to Sub-rule (1), the matter that it does not so meet the requirement has to be mentioned and endorsement so made in such
memorandum of appeal has to be returned.
